The Scarse Goldenrod Plume Moth (Hellinsia chrysocomae) is a moth of the Pterophoridae family. It is known from Great Britain, France, Germany, Switzerland and southern Russia.
The wingspan is about 18 mm.
The larvae feed on the flowers and seeds of Jacobaea vulgaris, Aster linosyris and Solidago virgaurea.
